Bright Bakery a family owned company was established in 1949 by Harry Bareño and has since managed to keep many of its traditional techniques and recipes alive.
Throughout the years with the progress and changes in the bakery industry the Bright Bakery Family has been able to keep adjusting and developing new products and maintaining high-quality and family traditions in all its products.

Almost always, a week’s notice is enough. But sometimes we can prepare a cake with less notice. It just depends on how busy the week is.
In the cake builder, there is a size dropdown that will show you the available sizes and how many people each one serves. Here’s a summary though:

8 inch – 10 to 15 Pieces Of Cake
10 inch – 20 to 25 Pieces Of Cake
12 inch – 30 to 40 Pieces Of Cake
1/4 Sheet – 25 to 35 Pieces Of Cake
1/2 Sheet – 35 to 50 Pieces Of Cake
1 Sheet – 80-100 Pieces Of Cake
As part of the checkout process, you will pick the date and time of pick up and we’ll be sure your cake is ready for you by then.
Layered Cake
A layered cake is a cake made up of multiple stack sheets of cake with identical size. It can be a stack of 2 layers, stack of 3 layers and so forth. These stacked layers of cake are held together between a layer of filling or frosting.
Tiered Cake
A tiered cake consists of multiple layered cakes of different sizes stacked on top of each other. Tiered cakes can be as high as 6-7 tiers or more depending on the type of structure to hold them all in place. Tiered cakes are traditionally common in weddings but are now also common with theme birthday cakes.

Breakfast is served everyday between 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Come and try one of our delicious breakfast items.
Lunch is served everyday between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We have daily sandwich and soup specials.
